The Four Deep Shifts Method is a structured breathwork pathway that helps you move from temporary state change into real-life transformation — through inner resourceful state, energetic opening, emotional liberation, and identity work for more aligned actions.


- Core vision: most breathwork changes state, it’s helpful, yet can be insufficient. Some invite catharsis, and doesn’t provide real integration and understanding. Some generate pic experiences, yet quickly fades.

   This method is organized to help those deeper states to become a base for inner work usable in life. During breathwork sessions we open a doorway to deeper state, subconscious receptivity, that can be used for greater, lasting results.

- Resource first: the process begins with “RETURN”, building access to a grounded inner resourceful state called “Core state”, then moving into “OPEN”, that enhance the flow of energy in body, “LIBERATE” for stuck emotions, then “EMBODY” that future pace values for more behavioral options.

- Structure over intensity: the method is not built around pushing harder; it is built around sequence, pacing, and integration. Each journey is working in synergy for greater results.
